I got a call from SSE earlier and decided to ring them back, not realising it was a premium line. When I found out, I phoned their customer service from another number to sort it out. Luckily, they added a £15 credit to my account since the call ended up costing me £6.60. Quite a relief!

I somehow ended up calling this number and got billed almost £7 for a call that lasted just a couple of seconds. Seriously dodgy, make sure you block it. Over £6 was just some crazy premium fee, totally outrageous.
