I'm puzzled by a number that cropped up on my phone bill. I've been stung for over £7 for two separate calls! I haven't got a clue who it belongs to, and it doesn’t show up in my call or message history at all. I noticed it was listed on the bill for a call that supposedly happened on 12th October 2016. I'll be ringing up my service provider straight away to get to the bottom of this!

I've never actually dialled this number, yet I've noticed that O2 has hit me with a hefty charge for supposedly calling it. Do take a gander at your bill. I rang them up in an attempt to sort this out and have those fees taken off.
