Fascinating, cheers for that! To clarify, I didn't ring the Bank of Scotland regarding a card validation on Wednesday, the 16th of March. How can this possibly be? It’s rather unfortunate, as I'm continually bombarded by calls that hang up as soon as I answer, leaving no trace whatsoever... Quite the nuisance, isn't it?
