It appears that I allegedly dialled this number on the 12th of December, during a time when I was quite under the weather, and managed to have a conversation lasting 13 minutes. To my shock, I've been billed £12.51 for this call. The thing is, I have no recollection of calling this number and a quick look on various "who rang me" platforms reveals that no one seems to recognise it either. Consequently, I'm planning to reach out to Virgin to contest this charge-it's quite bizarre!
