On the 26th of December 2017, I apparently got billed £6 for a call that lasted just 5 seconds, but I never actually made that call. Can someone look into this? Cheers.

I noticed a couple of charges on my phone bill for a number I never called. I haven’t dialled it at all, yet O2 slapped me with a £20 fee for it. They’re looking into it now, but it’s really frustrating being charged for something I didn’t even do!
