On one of those days, all my calls were made between 14:00 and 15:00, which coincidentally was when my wife and I-being the sole occupants of our home-were situated five miles away in a meeting with our solicitor. Just to add to the mix, our house alarm was activated, and I've got CCTV footage confirming that no one accessed our property during that time. To add insult to injury, I've also received four messages from the number 60109 during that same period, which has cost me another £12. The messages claim to be from Vodafone and contain a link that I wisely avoided clicking on, but I dread to think what might've happened had I done so-my phone could have been completely compromised. Unfortunately, the only option left appears to be barring all premium rate number calls across the family's devices.
