I've noticed charges coming from this phone number even though I never dialled it. Each time it claims I was on a call for more than 3 minutes. Any idea how I can get a refund, and stop this from happening again? Also, why on earth isn't my mobile provider blocking these calls?

Sky charged me because of this number, and I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. I’d really appreciate any details anyone can share about it.

I keep getting charged on my landline for calls made to this number, even though I've never dialled it once! There are a few other 09 numbers too that show up on my bill but I've never called them either. Can anyone tell me what steps I should take?
