I only became aware of these charges when I reviewed my bill from BT in January 2010. This situation is quite unacceptable!

I received a call that lasted all of 12 seconds, and it set me back nearly £2.00! I haven’t the foggiest idea who these individuals are, nor do I remember making that call at all. It's quite baffling!

On the 1st of September 2009, we received a couple of calls from the numbers 1420 and 1421. They rang twice, back to back. Notably, we were billed £0.852 for each call within a mere 12 seconds. We can’t recall making these calls, and we definitely don’t recognise those numbers at all.
