We reckon this could be a charge for entering a competition from the Sky Red button during a daytime show. It’s appeared on our bill a staggering thirteen times! We think it’s due to that annoying message saying "sorry, I can’t connect" - it led us to believe we weren't being billed for it, so we kept trying. The irony is we hardly ever watch daytime telly, and as soon as we do, look what happens!

This number appeared on our detailed phone bill with a charge of £1. I can’t recall ever calling this number, and whenever we attempt to return the call, all we get is the sound of a fax machine. Quite puzzling!

What a complete shambles and an utter con! The competitors make it clear that if you can't connect right after trying to sign in, you shouldn't be charged at all. Yet, here I am, getting billed £1.00 each time, despite never even managing to get through! We firmly reckon a full refund is in order, as this feels like nothing short of a blatant scam. It's outrageous, and I reckon if others caught wind of this, they’d be rightly outraged too. Simply appalling!
