I got this number off Vodafone after spotting weird charges on my phone bill for mobile internet I never even signed up for. There’s like £46, £14 and £10 all added on, but Vodafone keeps saying it’s not their problem even though it all showed up on their network. Trying to get them to own up has been a nightmare.

I got this automated call telling me my account would be closed unless I pressed 1 to talk to someone. I had a feeling it was a scam, but I pressed 1 anyway. Then the person on the other end tried to ask for my bank info. I didn’t give anything away, and when I started asking questions back, the call just cut off.

I got one of those recorded calls, sounded like it was from Canada or the US, saying it was BT and that I'd get arrested if I didn't comply. Total scam, don’t fall for it.
