Don’t answer this number if you value your money - total scammers. I accidentally answered the phone and then hung up straight away, yet somehow I was billed nearly £6 for less than a second of call time. Now I’m trying to get a refund by contacting Utility Warehouse. Such a rip-off!

I never answered the call but somehow got slapped with a £6.15 fee for just 5 seconds! Feels like a total rip-off. Luckily, Sky is sorting it out by refunding me and also getting in touch with BT to report it. Definitely watch out for these dodgy calls!
