Ich habe vorhin auch so eine Nachricht erhalten. Scheint, als wolle da jemand versuchen, uns zu übervorteilen. Es gibt keinerlei Anzeichen dafür, wer der Absender ist. Das kann ja nur Schindluder sein. Weg mit dieser Nachricht!

Ich erhielt eine Mitteilung, dass meine Datenverbindung im Ausland deaktiviert wurde. Man bat mich, das Kundenservicezentrum zu kontaktieren. Hat jemand Erfahrung mit dieser Nummer oder könnte mir einen Hinweis geben?

Bedeutet das, dass lediglich die Internetverbindung gekappt wird, oder hat man dann im Ausland auch keine Möglichkeit mehr, Anrufe zu tätigen oder Nachrichten zu senden?

Ich finde es ganz in Ordnung, dass die Nutzung von Daten im Ausland abgeschaltet wird. Wenn ich im Ausland bin, telefoniere ich meistens, aber garantiert werde ich nicht mit meinem Handy im Internet surfen - das ist viel zu kostspielig!
