Got a call from someone with an Asian accent claiming to be from Amazon, saying they wanted to renew my Amazon Prime. They said they needed to process a refund and asked me to log into my online banking. Next thing, they took over my account and tried to move money out. They kept ringing back for days, trying to get even more cash. If you don’t do what they say, they get really rude and aggressive. Definitely avoid 0897 9047291, it’s a tricky scam number.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Three, and they already had my full name and address, which was pretty creepy.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Three and they started rattling off my name, address, and email before I even said anything. Felt like such a data protection violation! I have no clue where they dug up my info from. Honestly, how dumb do they reckon we are? Proper odd.

Got a call from 08979049781, some bloke asking all sorts of personal stuff. When I asked him who he was and what he wanted, he just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from this number, some cheeky bloke who refused to say who he was. Oddly enough, he knew my name and where I live, even though the phone account isn't under my name. He dodged every question I threw at him. Honestly, steer clear and never give out or confirm any info. Just a really rude, hassling call with zero respect for the person on the other end.

Someone with a really strong accent rang me out of the blue - you know the type I mean. They asked for me by name right away. Instead of answering their questions, I flipped it and asked them some back, but all I got were pushy questions in return. Just a heads up, try not to share personal info on calls like that. These scam artists seem to be adapting all the time. Legit companies won’t hesitate to prove who they are, so always be on your guard!

This person kept asking for my details but wouldn’t say who they actually were. They just kept going on about being from some follow-up team, but when I asked whose team or which company, they dodged the question every time, like I asked nine times! In the end, they just ended the call on me. Quite suspicious really.
