8 yearsI got a call from a woman with an overseas accent who didn’t really say her name clearly. She said she was calling from Visa and asked to speak to Miss (husband’s initial and last name). I told her no, and then she just hung up on me. If this was actually Visa, they’d surely know exactly who they wanted and just ask to speak to them properly.
