This morning I got a call from this number and a woman with an Asian accent asked how I was, acting all friendly. She claimed to be ringing from BT Openreach. I told her I’m not a customer of theirs, and the call just cut off right after. So I ended the call and blocked the number using my BT call blocker straight away.

Got a call claiming to be from BT Openreach about my messed-up internet. I played along, kept them chatting for more than 10 minutes, pretending to do what they said on some site like [#ljoin{###]. Eventually it dawned on me I was wasting my time so I just ended the call, and they didn’t sound too happy, throwing a few rude words my way before hanging up.
