Fraudulent call, without a doubt. I'm really cautious about any numbers starting with 08. I tend to steer clear of answering them, opting instead to block and remove them straight away. Clearly, I must have picked up on this one accidentally, or perhaps it was just a pocket dial. In any case, I've been hit with a £24.00 charge for the experience! Absolutely outrageous!
