The bloke on the line said his name was Mark, sounded like he might be Indian or from somewhere in the east... yeah right, I don't buy it. I got caught out in a scam a while back, so this definitely set alarm bells ringing for me. He kept telling me the company was legit, but when they don’t even bother asking any security questions, that’s a big red flag. He said they were called loan business UK or something like that. When I paid, they suddenly said I didn’t qualify after all and then pointed me towards another company offering 'guaranteed' loans, but only if you have a guarantor.
