Avoid this number at all costs! Sky charged me £34 just for calling them to sort out problems they themselves caused, and also to get things cancelled. Complete waste of money.

Every couple of months, I get a call from 08724071000, it goes on for about 16 minutes and costs me £4.35. It says it’s something to do with Sky service number 14 but I’m not sure who exactly is ringing me? Anyone else had this?

What a scam from Sky! They had me waiting on hold for over 20 minutes and then they went ahead and added £12.24 to my phone bill. Proper rip off.

I noticed a 13p charge on my Sky bill for a phone call that lasted 8 seconds to this number. Thing is, I've never even rung this number, so this must be a mistake!! I’m not gonna make a fuss over such a small amount right now, but if it pops up on my bill again, I’ll definitely have to raise a complaint.
