I dialled 08723311247 on the 25th of May 2018 around 4:54 PM from my O2 phone, blissfully unaware that the call would incur such high costs. I ended up being billed over £3 for a chat lasting 5 minutes and 42 seconds! I'd appreciate it if this company could reveal its identity, and I'm requesting a refund for these hefty charges since I received no prior notification about the 55p per minute rate.
