My phone company just informed me that I've apparently called this premium number loads of times, and as a result, they've blocked me from making any calls until 1st November. The thing is, I have no clue who this number even is.

On 25th May 2018, at about 4.54pm, I rang 08723311247 from my O2 phone without realising the call wouldn’t be at a standard national rate. I got billed more than £3 for just under six minutes on the call. Would the company please confirm who they are?
