I'm utterly puzzled by this situation. We certainly didn't call this number, yet we still ended up getting billed for a missed call. It's O2 that's processing the charges, so I'm left wondering how anyone is profiting from this mess. It happened previously as well, and while we were reimbursed, they mentioned that they couldn't get to the bottom of it. Quite frustrating, really!
