I've just noticed that BT has hit me with a charge of £27.103, and I’ve never even dialled that number! It feels like a complete con to me.

I've just noticed a charge of £13.75 on my bill for supposedly ringing this number! The thing is, I haven’t made that call at all!

We’ve logged a call from this number that lasted a whopping 50 minutes and 17 seconds! To make matters worse, it cost us £11.43 and we weren’t at all made aware that it was a premium rate call. Quite disconcerting, really!
