This month, my mobile bill was much higher than I expected. It shows that I dialled this number, but I honestly can’t recall who it was. Probably some sort of customer help line. Just a heads up, it’s a premium rate number, and a short 7-minute call ended up costing me more than five pounds. Be careful!

i bought a laptop but it turned up with no hard drive in it. rang customer service and the lady kept me waiting on the phone while she tried to figure out if it was meant to be like that. after about half an hour she still had no clue, and that call ended up costing me £6.02 from my home phone!
