Our household has been the unfortunate recipient of multiple irritating calls from this company. Interestingly enough, the individuals calling seem to lack common sense as they become upset when we politely inform them that we do not wish to receive any further calls from their end. It's worth noting that I have steadfastly conveyed this message every time they ring us up. However, during their most recent phone call, I sternly warned them that if they dare to contact us again, I would not hesitate to take legal action against them. Furthermore, I also emphasized that I reserve the right to charge them for the time and inconvenience they have caused me.

I suspect they are from the Middle East based on their accent and the delay on the call, which suggests they might be calling from abroad. I have reported this to the TPS once again, as I am a member, and I contacted the Police tonight because this is the fifth call I have received within three weeks. These individuals become very aggressive when asked about their location or to repeat information. Hopefully, if more people report them to the police and TPS, we can expose and deal with this group effectively.

Alright, listen up... I'm facing this same issue as well. The most practical course of action is to respond politely when they call and ask for someone specific. Say "Certainly..." and then gently place the receiver down (but don't hang up) and allow them to talk until they eventually hang up. This way, they'll be the ones incurring the phone charges.

I asked to be removed from their system, but they insisted it was not possible. They said they obtained my information from the government when questioned. Despite my request to speak with a supervisor, I was kept on hold and one never came on the line. Instead, they accused me of breaking the law by being rude to them. Based on the pause before the call and the caller's accent, I suspect that they are located outside of the UK. I will block this number to ensure I don't receive any more calls.

I keep receiving a constant stream of phone calls for someone who doesn't actually live at my address. Despite my attempts to provide information about this individual, the person on the other end is unwilling to update their records and abruptly hangs up on me.

I am constantly being bothered by an individual named John, although I highly doubt that is his actual name (so he's clearly lying). He speaks in a peculiar manner, reminiscent of the character from the comedy show "It Ain't Half Hot Mum." Supposedly, he claimed to be from Citizens Advice, but couldn't even pronounce it correctly (another lie, indeed). In response, I questioned his citizenship and asked him to provide valid documents as proof. To my surprise, he vanished quicker than I could say "Ali Bongo".

In light of this experience, I advise everyone to be cautious of individuals like John (we all seem to encounter one).
