Received a call from some folks claiming to represent the Citizens Advice Bureau. Not really in the mood for that sort of thing, so I told them I wasn’t interested and hung up. Just feels like another dodgy scheme, if you ask me.

These people, honestly clueless, keep ringing our place over and over. Whenever I ask them to stop, they get really annoyed and refuse to listen that I don’t want any more calls. I’ve told them this every single time. Today, I warned them that if they bother us again, I’ll take legal action. Plus, I told them I’m going to bill them for the hassle and my time.

I've been getting constant calls from these guys, must be nearly a hundred by now. Reported them to the fraud office already. It's so annoying how they keep pushing for money - like, why don't they find proper work instead? I even called them back to say I want off their calling list since I don't owe anyone anything, but they just keep ringing me. Proper frustrating!

For like half a year, I've been getting calls from this number almost daily. I've said loads of times that they’ve got the wrong person, that whoever they want doesn’t live here. But they just hang up and keep ringing non-stop. Eventually, I had to pay a bit extra to my phone company for a call blocking service, and now that number’s stopped bothering me. Well worth the little extra cost, honestly!

Got a ring from these people again tonight, claiming to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau in Birmingham. The bloke called himself "James," but I’m sure he was lying. I reckon they’re based somewhere in the Middle East, given the weird lag on the line like they were calling from abroad. This is the fifth time they’ve called me in about three weeks, so I reported them to the TPS again since I’m registered, and I’ve also contacted the police tonight. They get really pushy if you ask where exactly they’re calling from or if you want them to repeat themselves. Fingers crossed if enough folks report them to the TPS and police, they’ll be stopped soon.

Got a call from this number yesterday which I missed, and because I was expecting a furniture delivery, I called back to make sure it was them. Turns out it wasn’t at all - some bloke with an Indian accent was on the line offering debt advice! Really don’t understand how these so-called 'companies' can keep making calls like this without facing any penalties.

Today my son picked up and they were going on about some unsecured debt (took a few tries before he could even make out what they were saying). When he asked if it was a cold call, the caller said “definitely not Madam”. I told them I have no unsecured debt so it can’t be a legit debt collection call, then they just hung up on us! Pretty sure it’s the same lot I spoke to last week - that was a laugh because they didn’t realise I was the one on the phone. I asked who was calling before I said who I was, then when I asked what it was about, I kept saying “sorry, can’t understand you” like six times. The guy then got all rude, sarcastically asking if I knew the word finance, trying to talk to me directly. I told him off, said his attitude was rubbish and no way was he getting to speak to me, then I hung up. Looking forward to getting another call from them *not*!

I've just had a call from this number again, second time within a couple of days. They claimed to be from some debt advice bureau, but when I asked for their company info, they wouldn't say. Tried to get them to remove my number from their list, but they said it couldn't be done. When I asked where they got my info from, they insisted it was from the government. I asked to speak to a manager, but they kept me waiting and then accused me of breaking the law for being rude. The call sounded like it was from abroad, judging by the silence before speaking and the accent. I'm going to block this number for good now.

This bloke keeps ringing me up, calling himself John but I'm certain that's a fib. Talks all like that wee lad from "It Ain't Half Hot Mum" or summat. He claimed he was from Citizens Advice, but couldn’t even say the name properly, which was a dead giveaway he was taking the mickey. I asked if he was a real citizen and if he could show me any paperwork to back it up. Before I knew it, he vanished quicker than I could shout “Ali Bongo!” So watch out for your own version of wee John - everyone seems to get one eventually!

I just let it ring out to voicemail and then hang up. It’s usually some kind of scam or sales pitch, so best to just disregard it completely.
