I received a call earlier today at half past four. Oddly enough, it didn’t actually ring - just produced this crackling sound from the speakers, which tends to happen right before the phone usually goes off. By the time I glanced at the screen, it was already showing up as a missed call. We haven’t bothered to return the call, as it seems highly suspect. Plus, there was no voicemail left, which adds to the suspicion.

I received a call earlier today at around half past four. Interestingly, the phone didn’t actually ring; instead, our speakers started to emit a crackling sound moments before what appeared to be a missed call notification. Strangely enough, it didn’t even register a proper ring. We’ve chosen not to return the call, as it feels rather suspicious to us, and there was no voicemail left behind either.

I received a call earlier this afternoon, around half past four. To be honest, it didn’t even feel like a proper telephone conversation. My phone started crackling just as I was about to answer; it was bizarre. I noticed the number had already shown up as missed before this bizarre encounter. We’ve no intention of calling them back, because I can't see how it could be above board, and they didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail. Quite odd, really!
