I discovered that this number actually belongs to the customer service line for Tiscali/TalkTalk. As soon as you ring their toll-free number, the representative swiftly hands you this number, failing to mention that it incurs charges! Quite the sneaky tactics, if you ask me!

Absolutely, we've encountered the very same issue! Now, these folks have taken over Tiscali. The number we're dealing with belongs to Tiscali, as confirmed by our provider. Just today, we checked our phone bill and were shocked to find a whopping, extortionate charge on it. It feels like a complete scam!
