I thought this number would assist us with our Thomas Cook bookings, but what a farce! We’ve just wasted £11.47 on a call that lasted a mere 28 minutes and 40 seconds trying to sort out tickets that should have been delivered, yet they never showed up! Talk about a lack of support! Honestly, it’s best to steer clear of this number.

I had the impression this contact number was meant to assist with Thomas Cook inquiries. After waiting an agonising 28 minutes and 40 seconds, I found myself £11.47 poorer and still no closer to resolving the issue with our tickets that we were supposed to receive but, shockingly, haven't seen a trace of! So much for 'customer support'! Spare yourself the trouble; it's simply not worth it.
