We found ourselves leaving a voicemail for a company called LCS, who appear to be a debt collection agency. They claimed to be acting on behalf of Scottish Power regarding a debt, yet I’m at a complete loss since we don’t owe anything to Scottish Power - they aren’t even our energy provider! The person who left the voicemail was uncontactable when we rang back, and nobody else could provide much clarity on the matter beyond mentioning 'Scottish Power'. I must admit, I'm feeling rather skeptical about the whole situation. We've asked them to ring us back when the individual is available, so we'll have to wait and see what unfolds.
