I received a call from this number, so we decided to ring them back, and wouldn’t you know it, it cost us 50 pence for just a few seconds! What a rip-off!

Earlier today, this number called our mobile too. They only rang once and then knocked, which is quite characteristic of call centres. It seems like they’ve got some kind of automated system that dials a set number of times per minute, but if there aren't any agents available to take the call, it just disconnects. We're quite eager to find out who was trying to get in touch. If they decide to try again, it’ll be interesting to see what happens. We could always use the classic approach of asking them to remove our number from their database. Legally speaking, once they do that, if they ring us again, we might just have grounds to take action!
