i was waiting for my National Express bus but it never arrived. decided to ring this number to see what was going on and spent ages on hold. ended up paying £20 on the call and still no one picked up. in the end, no coach showed, so I had to get a taxi to the airport which cost me another £130. So I basically wasted £20 on the bus ticket, another £20 on the phone call, and then £130 on the taxi. absolutely ridiculous.

Neither me nor my wife can remember ever dialling this number or any other starting with 08. When I contacted Vodafone customer support, after checking through all my previous bills, they confirmed I'd never made calls to 08 or 09 numbers before. They blocked the number straight away and promised to write off the charge as a gesture of goodwill.

i use giffgaff, so when i tried calling the number back to find out who it was, it wouldn’t let me ring them without paying extra as it wouldnt count towards my monthly allowance. pretty sure they only charge when you pick up - total ripoff. you ring them back and boom, u get stung.__.bloody______scam artists!
