We've just had the same experience today. A call came through from this number, but as soon as we realised it was an unknown, we didn’t bother returning it. Instead, we decided to do a bit of digging online and stumbled upon this site. From what I can gather from the other comments here, it seems like this might be one of those dodgy return call scams that could end up costing you money.

It appears to have become quite the trend for folk to record calls from this number. We received one earlier today at approximately 4 in the afternoon while we were at the office. I received a call from this number at precisely 7:16 in the evening. They rang once and then promptly hung up. We decided against returning the call, as we suspect it could be one of those dodgy scams that end up costing a fortune.
