The whole business was rather infuriating, wasn't it? After the initial jolly tune played, a rather robotic voice chimed in, informing us we were third in line, then miraculously jumped to first. Then came the rather annoying prompt to leave a message right after the beep. We were absolutely livid, I must say, and if I could, I would’ve used some unsavoury phrases about the entire experience. Not a single clue about who these people are, just a lot of nonsense from a faceless entity!

I rang this number back and was straight away placed on hold, listening to some rather tedious music. Then, a voice chimed in to say we were second in the queue, then miraculously we jumped to first place. Just as we thought we might get through, they instructed us to leave a message after the beep. Well, that was the final straw! We were absolutely livid and let loose with a rather colourful choice of words. To top it all off, they didn’t even bother telling us who they were. What a bunch of utter numpties!
