I received a call from a gentleman with an Asian accent who inquired whether I had experienced an accident in the past two years. I responded with a firm 'No.' Then he probed further, asking if anyone else living in my home had encountered an accident. Once more, I answered 'No.' After that, the line went dead as he hung up. I've since taken the precaution of blocking this number on my landline.

Gave them a ring, but I've now put this number on my blocked list.

I received a phone call from a chap with an Asian accent inquiring about some accident-related matter. I've already submitted my complaint through the telephone preference service. If everyone could take a moment to voice their concerns as well, we might stand a chance of seeing this nuisance brought to justice.

I've received multiple calls from an individual who seemed to have an Indian or Pakistani accent. They inquired about a car accident I was involved in lately. I informed them that, according to UK legislation, they're required to erase my number from their records. After that, they abruptly disconnected the call. My number has been unlisted for quite a while, so I'm puzzled as to how they got it.

Received a call from a chap who clearly wasn't a native English speaker, though he had quite the Indian accent. He inquired whether I’d been in an accident. When I pointed out that his English was rather difficult to understand, he abruptly ended the call. Quite rude, really!

I can't believe how persistent this phone number has been! It’s been ringing an elderly care home a staggering ten times in just twenty minutes. Absolutely appalling behaviour!

At my workplace, we keep receiving calls on our customer service line from these individuals. The moment we pick up and deliver our usual greeting, the call suddenly drops. It appears they're dialing numbers at complete random.

In the span of just five minutes, I've been inundated with roughly 40 phone calls, each one inquiring whether we’ve been involved in an accident. Considering we operate as a personal injury law firm, this relentless barrage is quite absurd. No sooner do we end a conversation than another call comes through, as if they’re determined to keep pestering us!

I received a call from 0871 705 0155, but they didn’t bother to leave a voicemail. Quite curious, don’t you think?

Someone had a good chuckle before disconnecting! What’s the deal with BT? One would think they’d realise that we can simply block annoying callers on our mobiles. By not tackling these nuisances, it feels like we're being pushed away from their service.

This number has been ringing me incessantly throughout the week, and I must admit, I’m not keen to pick up, especially today, being the weekend.

I received a rather annoying silent call earlier this afternoon, and when I checked, the number popped up after dialling 1471. Despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service like so many others, it seems that some of these pesky calls still manage to slip through the cracks.

When I returned the call, I was greeted by a recorded message in Hindi. It recounted the harrowing story of a young lad, just 18, who had suffered abuse at the hands of a priest.

Received a rather unwelcome call from a chap with an Asian accent, inquiring about a car wreck I'd supposedly been involved in. I informed him he must have dialled the wrong number and promptly ended the conversation. He never mentioned my name, just an absolute pest, if you ask me.

I received a call from an Indian call centre, they were quite robotic in their approach. The caller claimed I had been in a car accident, which sounded suspicious. Definitely a dodgy attempt at phishing!

Received a phone call from a bloke with an Asian accent—honestly, the line was awful. He claimed he was reaching out regarding a car accident I supposedly had. I told him to shove off and mentioned how fed up everyone in the UK is with these nonsense calls. Can you believe the cheek? He just hung up on me!

I received a call from this number as well - the bloke on the other end was downright unpleasant, and he went by the name William. It's quite baffling how these sorts manage to get hold of our contact details! - caller: William

Take heed, everyone, and steer clear of returning the call from this number. It's a premium rate line. Fortunately, I’ve got a nifty t#### device that immediately flagged it as such. I've promptly blocked the number on my t####, and I've got to say, it's been the best investment I've made!

I've been receiving frequent calls probing about a car crash that I supposedly had a hand in. The truth is, I don’t even drive and haven’t been involved in any mishap. Definitely a dodgy number!

I received an unwelcome call despite having been signed up with the Telephone Preference Service for yonks now. There was a noticeable pause of a few seconds before a chap named "Sean" greeted me and inquired about my wellbeing. Curious, I asked for his identity, but just like that, the call went silent. What’s holding Ofcom back from taking action against these tricksters?

I received a rather curious call from an accident claims company, insisting that I was part of a car crash. The amusing part is that I don’t actually drive nor do I own a vehicle! When I inquired about how they obtained my information, the line went silent. Quite the coincidence, I'd say!

Just had a rather peculiar call from someone claiming to be a "gentleman" who wanted to have a chat about a car crash. Curiosity piqued, I inquired how he even obtained my number, especially since it’s private and registered with the Telephone Preference Service. He promptly disconnected without a word. Quite fishy, if you ask me!

These individuals keep calling our elderly mother, who’s 85, every single day. The moment we answer and take the phone away from her, they immediately hang up. What’s the best way to put an end to this nuisance?

We answered the call, but it was eerily quiet until we finally received a notification saying the other party had been disconnected. This is simply not on.
