We’re with O2, so we suspect there could be a connection there since we know they sometimes have dealings with these folks. To put it simply, if they genuinely need to get in touch, they ought to send us a letter or have someone call us directly. There’s no way we’re ringing back that 0871 number at 10p a minute!
