Quite frankly, it's rather frustrating, as it seems there's not much to be done about it!

Isn't it just ridiculous that you end up getting conned into shelling out 10 pence a minute when you ring that number back? The 0871 codes are a bit of a conundrum; they're non-geographical, so there's no way to track down the company or person on the other end unless you dig around a bit online.
