The woman on the other end just took a wild guess at my name without even a 'good morning' to start off. Firstly, I tend to be quite cautious when it comes to calls labelled as international. To make matters worse, she mispronounced my name; I've been remarried for over a decade now! If it were someone genuinely needing to get in touch, they ought to remember my proper name. I asked, 'Could you kindly let me know who's calling?' to which she abruptly ended the call. If it had been a legitimate inquiry, my simple request shouldn’t have been too much to handle. It’s only fair to want to know who's on the line.
