I’m absolutely fed up with this lot of charlatans calling us every single day. The real kicker is that if you want to lodge a complaint with the ICO, it feels like you have to draft a novel. Honestly, I’d be astonished if these folks ever took any concrete action. You’d think that with the likes of Ofcom, the FSA, and the ICO on the case, they could actually put a stop to these companies that blatantly flout the law. Instead, it’s like they’re all just sitting around twiddling their thumbs, looking utterly ineffectual!

The last occasion we managed to connect with a lovely lady by hitting five, who assured us that the calls would cease. That was several weeks ago, yet here we are again, getting another call tonight. It seems that her promises haven't had the desired effect at all.
