I recently received an apologetic email from Santander, a bank we don't actually use. Apparently, they've taken over G.E. Money, as Peter mentioned, but it's quite shocking that G.E. Money hasn't informed their customers about this change-very underhanded if you ask me! To top it off, the number provided in the message charges 10p per minute, not including your standard network fees. So, I'd suggest looking for a different contact number for Santander that won’t break the bank!

I received a rather odd apology email from Santander, a bank I’ve never had any dealings with. Apparently, they’ve allegedly taken the reins from G.E. Money, as per Peter’s comments, but it seems G.E. hasn’t bothered to inform its clients about this rather significant change. Quite cheeky, if you ask me! Moreover, the contact number provided in the email charges a staggering 10 pence per minute, not including your regular network fees. It’s a bit much! If you're looking to reach Santander, I’d recommend searching for a more reasonable number that won’t cost you an arm and a leg!

The voicemail clearly mentioned "G E Money." It's probably a call related to either Evans or Debenhams.

When I answered the call, I got a robotic message saying it was from "GE Money." It might be in connection with either Evans or Debenhams, I reckon.
