This looks like one of those scams where they try to show a premium 0871 number on your phone, hoping someone rings back so they can make a profit from the call. Calling an 0871 number can cost as much as 45p a minute, and these con artists get a big slice of that. Seriously, dont call it back!

There aint no vouchers - it’s just a scam trying to piggyback off those emails pretending to be big stores givin out freebies. If you reply or ring back they know the number’s active and it just brings more annoying calls. Best to block it and report it to the TPS straight away.

Got a ring from them earlier today. Wasn't able to answer, and of course, they left no voicemail - guess they had nothing important to say. I've blocked the number now, but they'll probably try again using a different one. These places usually just dial a random bunch of numbers hoping someone bites, so no point stressing about it. Since they're calling over the internet, it costs them nothing to keep trying.

I blocked the number and sent a polite little message :) One good thing about having AVG antivirus is it lets you block numbers and send a quick text at the same time. So when they ring again, they're auto-blocked and get that message straight away. Pretty handy!
