What an absolute scam this has turned out to be! They rang me from a different number and assured me of cheaper rates, only to hike the charges instead. I've wasted hours trying to get in touch to return this faulty device, yet it’s still in limbo. To add insult to injury, I’m now facing a monthly bill from Three and every call to their support line costs me 8p per minute. At this rate, it’s set me back more than a tenner! My issues are still hanging in the air, unresolved and extremely frustrating.

What a complete rip-off this has turned out to be! The phone I received was nothing like the one they advertised, and to top it off, the monthly bill is higher than what I was led to believe. I’ve wasted countless hours trying to get a proper return address from them to send it back, but surprise, surprise - still no word! Meanwhile, I've been inundated with bills and have been stuck on the line to customer service, which costs me 8 pence a minute. At this rate, I’ve already forked out more than a tenner just trying to sort this out, and nothing has been resolved yet! Absolutely ridiculous!

I’m still here, just about! I’ve received twice now that “you’re at the top of the waiting list,” yet it’s been nothing but the same old message about how my call is important and the agents are swamped. It’s been 23 minutes now, and I'm really starting to lose my patience!
