I noticed a £4.75 charge on my phone bill for a 4 minute call to Damart. I don’t recall actually ringing them, although I have bought stuff from their shop recently. I ended up ringing Damart on this number as their website ordering was acting up. The person on the line kept messing about trying to figure out the issue. THEN THEY PUT ME ON HOLD. It lasted 11 minutes! Cost me £8.56. More than what I would’ve paid online. Won’t be using this number again. Ridiculously pricey! AVOID USING THIS NUMBER FOR DAMART!

Absolutely! I've just received three calls linked to this number. We ordered some items from Damart, but they never showed up. Evri managed to resend them, and thankfully, those arrived. But then, out of the blue, the original order turned up after nearly two months! That's when we had to contact them using the 0871 number. The items are still sitting with us, and to be frank, we won’t be bothering with Damart again. It’s ridiculous that we should be paying to sort out their shipping issues, and on top of that, they have the audacity to hit us with those premium call charges.

It’s Damart, once again! I certainly won't be reaching out to them anytime soon. I had to ring up about an order they completely botched, and wouldn't you know, it ended up setting me back nearly £6 just to sort it out! Absolutely outrageous!

I spotted a charge of £4.45 on my bill for a call that lasted 6 minutes and 16 seconds on 13th December. The call was to Damart regarding an order I placed that hadn’t yet arrived. When I contacted them to inquire about the delivery status, they put me on hold, only to inform me that my items hadn’t been dispatched at all. Thankfully, they rectified things and sent it out afterwards.

Upon perusing my mobile statement for November, I stumbled across this particular number. Curiously enough, it appears that it was I who initiated the calls rather than receiving them. To my surprise, I’ve been billed £26 for two extra calls, one lasting 12 minutes and another clocking in at 17 minutes. Quite the unexpected charges, if you ask me!

I was rather perturbed to find my Sky bill had increased by a fiver and a penny. Those two phone calls I made to Damart were quite unnecessary. I certainly won’t be purchasing from them anymore.
