Frankly, our phone’s mostly for my use, and not meant for just anyone to hash around with.

Utter nonsense! I recently had a call from these chaps claiming to represent BT, insisting that I had an overdue balance. Naturally, I thought it best to contact BT directly for clarification. To my relief, they confirmed that my account is in good standing and there’s absolutely no outstanding balance. It’s clearly a dodgy scam, so be wary, everyone!

She claimed to be representing BT, so I decided to verify it with them, but turns out they have no connection to this matter whatsoever. We’ve settled all our invoices with BT, yet these calls keep coming. Everyone seems to be saying to brush it off. The individual making the calls is exceptionally pushy, to say the least. Very unpleasant experience. When I attempted to ring back, it was just complete silence.

I received a call from this number, but it rang just five times before cutting off. To be honest, we wouldn't have answered even if it had rung longer since we don’t recognise the number. Our phone is strictly for our personal use and certainly not a toy for others to play with.

I received a call from someone claiming to be associated with BT. However, after checking with BT directly, it turns out they have no connection to them whatsoever. We're current on all our payments and there are no outstanding bills. It's recommended to disregard these callers, but I must say, the individual on the other end was quite rude. Not the friendliest of conversations, and when I tried to ring back, it was just silence. Quite frustrating, really!

You’re completely within your rights to ignore those daft callers from CCSG; they’re merely third-party agents. They might try to convince you that they're from BT, but don't be fooled-when you press them on their affiliation, they'll admit that they aren’t connected at all. Best not to engage with these nincompoops from CCSG, honestly!
