10 yearsI need to put a stop to this debt collection agency insisting we owe a whopping £20,000 on a Halifax mortgage! The thing is, we don’t even have an account with them, let alone a mortgage. To add insult to injury, I just found out that these folks rang us via reverse charge, which has shown up on our phone bill. Ridiculously, my phone provider is refusing to remove the charges, claiming that since they were on our account, we should have intervened.
