I received a questionable pitch from an investment firm here in the UK, urging me to pour some money into their ventures.

I received a call from a chap with a pronounced Indian accent on this number, claiming to be from 3, which just happens to be my mobile service provider. What a peculiar coincidence! However, I had no intention of falling for their ruse! I shared a chuckle over the absurdity of it all and promptly ended the call. The number is now firmly blocked.

Received a dodgy call claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. Best bet is to just hang up and add the number to your blocklist.

I received a cold call from this number and noticed that I had two missed calls from them just last week. I've never had any previous dealings with this company before, so it’s quite puzzling.

I received a call from someone representing the Business Advisory Service. They barely managed to ask me how I was doing before I hung up on them. This has been the umpteenth time they’ve disturbed me, and they're nothing but a bother. Their aim seems to be coaxing people into some sort of energy contract, yet they don’t seem to grasp the fact that I’m not remotely interested!
