We've noticed that our BT bill has been hit with charges for this call on two occasions. To add to the confusion, the first time it got charged, we weren't even at home. How is that even possible?

I noticed this number cropping up on my phone bill, and it turns out to be a premium rate one. Strangely enough, I’ve never dialled it myself. Could this be some kind of elaborate phone scam? I’ve heard that if you happen to pick up the phone when they call, you could end up racking up charges. I've gone ahead and reported it to Vodafone for further investigation.
