My phone bill ended up higher because they called me!

I've noticed that my number has somehow dialled this particular one a staggering 112 times! Each time, the call only lasts about 11 seconds. It's baffling, really, as I've been unable to uncover the identity of the owner of this number. What's more perplexing is that no one in my household remembers making these calls at all. I reached out to BT for some clarity, and they speculated it might be linked to an alarm system, but beyond that, I’m left in the dark. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any thoughts?

This appears to be rather overstated and somewhat over the top.

I keep getting calls from this number, and it’s becoming rather irritating. My phone bill reveals that these calls are only lasting a handful of seconds each time. Oddly enough, they tend to come in pairs, but not at consistent times or on the same days; it feels quite haphazard, to be honest. Despite these calls racking up charges on my account, I haven't a clue who’s behind them or what their motive could be. I've reached out to my provider, EE, but they haven’t been much help in resolving the matter. If anyone has any insights or suggestions, I would be most grateful for your assistance.

this number has been calling me frequently, but the calls only last a few seconds according to my mobile bill. they usually come in twos but not always at a particular time or weekday - seems pretty random really. i’m getting charged for these calls, yet i have no clue who’s behind them or why i’m getting picked out. i reached out to ee, my network provider, but they haven’t been able to give me any answers. any advice or help would be great, cheers!
