This phone number keeps ringing my mobile.

Tried ringing Ryanair and couldn’t get through, was waiting for like 11 minutes and it cost me close to £10, total daylight robbery.

This is absolutely crazy! I was charged £109 but never even got to speak to an actual agent! The online chat kept crashing. I needed a same-day flight ticket and their website wouldn’t let me buy it online, telling me to either get it at the airport or ring them. So I went to the airport, no Ryanair staff in sight. Then I called, and ended up stuck on hold for over an hour! I also tried to get a refund for two other flight tickets, but nothing came through! What exactly am I paying for? How do I make them cover my costs? This is just shocking!

Classic Ryanair being dead cheap as ever. Ended up forking out £35 just on hold time because my lad turned 16 whilst we was away, and he needed two diffrent bookings to check in properly online - only realised this after the fact. Michael O’Leary, hope you get some rest at night knowing everyone detests you, though I reckon you couldn’t give a toss.

Got billed 149 quid for just three calls when their website claimed it was only 13p each minute, then O2 tells me it's actually at least 56p per minute. Proper rip-off this lot.

Wish I’d seen this before making that call. Blew £300 on flights to Spain just before the quarantine, was hoping to chat to someone to maybe switch to another place, but never got hold of anyone and ended up spending £60 calling that number waiting for a reply. Later found out there’s a £70 fee just to change flights anyway, so it wouldn’t have paid off in the end. Lesson learned - if there’s other airlines around, it’s worth paying extra to stay away from Ryan Air.

My elderly mum got called by these people who tricked her. They said she could save money on her phone bill but never said who they actually were. They just asked for her info and she ended up giving it to them.

I rang Ryanair and was charged £39 just for being put on hold while trying to get a refund for flights cancelled due to covid-19. Still no sign of my money back yet, proper rip off. 🤬🤬 Cheers Ryanair.

I rang Ryanair because they’d moved my flight time but I had paid for two seats and they only moved one to the new flight. They said the call would be 13p a minute, but I ended up with a £35 phone bill after making two calls trying to fix it.

Kinda ridiculous they wanted £35 just to check my son in over the phone 'cos the website was down.

Yeah, I totally agree, complete rip-off artists - I was on hold for almost an hour just to be told it’s outside their office hours. Paid £13 for absolutely nothing, what a joke! They’re the ones getting laughed at. I’m sure one day they’ll go under like loads of travel companies. For now, they’re just a painful but needed evil.

Ended up paying £12.06 for just a 17 minute call. Spent nearly 10 minutes waiting on hold too. It’s disgusting how they’re able to charge so much like this. Stay well clear!

I had to ring them up and ended up paying loads just to be stuck waiting on hold for half an hour. Then when it turned 5pm, still no answer, they just hung up on me. Honestly, avoid this lot at all costs.

Had to ring Ryanair (0871246000) to sort priority boarding for a flight my parents booked via their call centre. Only at check-in did I notice they’d added it just for my dad, not my mum. Got passed around loads and put on hold multiple times trying to reach the ‘correct department’. Took nearly 19 minutes and ended up costing me £4.26. Felt like a proper rip off for an error that was entirely their fault, and the online chat was no help at all.

Totally with all the other posts here. Waited 45 mins and no one picked up, yet they charge me £30. Complete rip off. Honestly, what kind of way is this to treat people who use their service? Really hope someone looks into this mess.

Ryanair is such a scam company, ive seen more people moaning about them than any other firm. They really ought to be taken to the fraud dept and forced to give back the extra money they charge, all coz they want to check flight info or whatnot. The best thing you can do is stop using them completely. What a rip off, their ‘business rates’ number is 08712460000. Avoid!

Really let down by 08712460000. 60p a minute - cheers! Ryanair messed up my bag, my last couple of flights with them were delayed by almost two hours each time, plus I had to wait nearly an hour just to collect my luggage at the airport. They refused to offer any sort of compensation.
