Tried to get through to Ryanair, but managed to waste a whole 11 minutes without success. Ended up spending nearly a tenner – what a complete rip-off!

I received a bill of £149 for just three phone calls, yet their website clearly states the rate is 13 pence per minute. Upon contacting O2, I discovered they actually charge a minimum of 56 pence per minute. What a farcical situation!

I received a call from 08712460000. It seems like Ryanair is charging an absolute fortune for calling just to alter my flight due to the pandemic. What a con!

Avoid this firm at all costs! I've wasted days attempting to get in touch with them!

A dodgy caller reached out to my elderly mother, and unfortunately, they conned her. They promised her a reduced rate on her phone but never revealed their identity. Instead, they coaxed her into sharing her personal information, and she unwittingly complied.

Bloody cheeky scoundrels, those lot! All for a mere refund, can you believe it? 😡😡😡 What a bunch of absolute plonkers!

I rang up Ryanair and ended up being charged £39 just for being on hold, trying to sort out a refund for flights that were cancelled due to COVID-19. It's absolutely ridiculous; I still haven’t seen a penny refunded! What a complete swindle. 🤬🤬 Cheers for nothing, Ryanair!

I reached out to Ryanair after they shifted my flight schedule, and though I had booked two reserved seats, they only carried over one to the rescheduled flight. The automated message claimed the call cost would be a mere 13p per minute, yet here I am staring at a £35 bill for just two calls trying to resolve this mess.

Absolutely scandalous! I got stung for 50 quid just to be on hold for half an hour. What a con!

I can't believe they had the audacity to charge me £35 just to check in my son over the phone since I couldn’t do it online. What a ruse!

I was taken aback when I noticed they were asking for £15 just to have a chat with Ryanair regarding fast-tracking for disabilities. Absolutely outrageous!

I was hit with a bill of £12.06 for a measly 17-minute conversation, despite spending nearly 10 minutes just waiting on the line! It’s outrageous how they’re able to fleece customers like this. I’d strongly advise steering clear of them!

I found myself in a right pickle after ringing them up! I was stuck waiting on the line for what felt like an eternity—30 minutes, to be precise—and by the time it reached 5 o'clock, rather than speaking to anyone, the line just went dead. I ended up racking up a hefty bill and getting absolutely nowhere. Honestly, steer clear of this firm; it’s a complete nightmare!

Just had to fork out £3.344 plus VAT (£4.01) for a quick 5 and a half minute natter with Ryanair’s group bookings. What a rip-off!

Ryanair, what a right bunch! I forked out just over a tenner and ended up hanging on for nearly 20 minutes waiting for some poor soul to assist me. Utterly disgraceful! It feels like I’ve been robbed!

Ryanair truly takes the biscuit! I can't believe they slapped a hefty £4.64 fee for a mere five-minute chat just to secure a seat on my current reservation. It's absolutely outrageous!

Ryanair seems to maintain their stellar record in customer service! It took me a good ten minutes just to query the discrepancy in the baggage allowances printed on our boarding passes. Oh, and I can't forget the cheeky £6.00 I was charged for the phone call. Cheers for that!

I absolutely share the sentiments expressed earlier. Spent a staggering 45 minutes waiting on the line with no one ever picking up, and now I’m stuck with a £30 bill. It’s downright disgraceful behaviour towards customers. I sincerely hope someone looks into this matter thoroughly.

I was really frustrated when Ryanair decided to cancel my flights. It set me back by £9.61 just to attempt rebooking. What a complete scam that felt like!

Absolutely fed up with 08712460000.606/min - much appreciated! Ryanair has mishandled my suitcase and the last couple of flights were nearly two hours late each time. On top of that, I spent nearly an hour at the airport just waiting for my luggage to appear. They flat out refused to offer any form of compensation.

I find it utterly outrageous what they charge just to speak with someone at RyanAir for changing my flight. A staggering £30 just because I found myself on hold for twenty minutes before finally getting through, only to be disconnected and have to dial in again! I swear I won't be flying with RyanAir again; they are nothing but a bunch of crooks!

I received that number from a Ryanair staff member via a different customer service channel. However, whenever I try to dial it, I get a message saying the number isn’t valid.
