I received a bill of £149 for just three phone calls, yet their website clearly states the rate is 13 pence per minute. Upon contacting O2, I discovered they actually charge a minimum of 56 pence per minute. What a farcical situation!

I find it utterly outrageous what they charge just to speak with someone at RyanAir for changing my flight.
