Kaleidoscope, a firm from Bradford here in the UK, is behind this number and honestly, I’m shocked at what they’re pulling. Just one call ended up costing us £13.80, which is ridiculous. Definitely won’t be dealing with Kaleidoscope anymore and would warn anyone else to steer clear too.

I got hit with a £6 fee for just a 16 minute phone call. I’m an 81 year old pensioner and this feels completely wrong, no decency at all! Total rip off, no morals what so ever.

Those calls from Kaleidoscope aren’t from the Catalogue anymore, it’s Freemans scammers now running the show from that number! They’ve completely taken over. No way am I gonna pay anything to those con artists… 🤬

I've just been overcharged loads by Kaleidoscope for two phone calls, and to top it off, I never even got connected to anyone to actually make my order. Definitely lost a customer here!

I was hit with a £9.28 fee just to order from Kaleidoscope - really let down by that. It’s not right for them to charge their customers like this, they really need to sort it out. I’ll definitely think twice before buying from them again!!!

Had to pay £8 just to speak with them, which was a bit surprising. Like what others have said, I got stuck on hold for ages - seems like that’s just how they handle calls. Really gutted about this because I’ve been a loyal Kaleidoscope user for ages!

I got hit with an £8.48 charge from this outfit, which I reckon is way over the top. They didn’t even give a heads up about any fees when I first called the Kaleidoscope number. Seems pretty sneaky to me! I’m seriously thinking twice about using their service again. Honestly, Kaleidoscope really should rethink how they handle this kind of thing, it’s not right.

Kaleidoscope seriously seem to rake it in by keeping folks talking for ages, going over tons of small print and terms - feels like a scam to me and really should be flagged up to the cops. It’s pure daylight robbery. They advertise huge price cuts in their flyers but when your card gets charged, surprise, no discount applied! When you query it, they hit you with “oh, that price was only for members with accounts.” Feels dodgy, honestly. Best steer clear of these lot, they’ll end up costing you loads!

I've noticed this number pop up on my BT bill a couple of times, mixed in with quite a few other 08 numbers that I don't know or remember calling. I hardly ever pick up my landline since I keep getting annoying calls; I usually just listen to my voicemail. I’m wondering if the charges could be coming from my answerphone? If anyone could shed some light on this, that’d be great. So far, the total charges are about £13.

So Talk Talk billed me for calls from this number, but I have no clue who it belongs to. Can anyone help me figure out whose it is? The charges show calls supposedly on 25th March at 10:57 lasting 13 minutes, again on 27th March at 19:46 for another 13 mins, and once more on 1st April at 12:21 for 6 mins. I’ve noticed this number showing up twice on my Virgin phone bill, together with a few other 08 numbers that I don’t recognise at all.
