I've discovered that this number belongs to Kaleidoscope, a firm located in Bradford, and I must say, what they're up to is utterly appalling. We ended up being billed a staggering £13.80 just for one phone call! It’s safe to say we won't be engaging with Kaleidoscope again, and I'd highly recommend that others steer clear as well.

It seems that those pesky calls originating from Kaleidoscope are no longer associated with the Catalogue company; instead, it appears that the Freemans con artists have moved in and set up shop. It’s rather alarming! There’s no way I’m settling my bill with a bunch of fraudsters… absolutely infuriating! 🤬

Kaleidoscope, you've done it again - yet another customer walks away! It’s beyond me how much they charged for just a couple of calls, and to top it off, I didn’t even get connected to anyone who could take my order. Absolutely ludicrous!

They don’t bother to inform callers about their hefty fees at the start of the conversation, which strikes me as quite dodgy! Kaleidoscope seems to be raking in cash by keeping customers tethered on the line as they sift through an avalanche of jargon and fine print-it's nothing short of dodgy practice and ought to be flagged to the authorities. It really does feel like daylight robbery. Moreover, they flaunt enticing discounts in their brochures, yet when you whip out your credit card, that discount mysteriously vanishes! If you raise a fuss, they nonchalantly mention that the lower price was exclusively for account holders. Truly suspect behaviour, if you ask me. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this establishment; otherwise, you might find yourself out of pocket!
