Be wary of this number; it’s definitely a scam. Best to steer clear!

I reached out to Trainline, and they’ve got an 0333 202 2222 number which charges a fair 2p per minute. However, this other number is definitely a scam and isn’t affiliated with them. It could just be redirecting calls to the genuine 033 number!

Steer clear of ringing this national rail line! It's rather pricey!

Absolutely appalled with Virgin Trains! I just spent £26 due to your messed-up lines! I'm absolutely furious - what a shambles! The ticket prices are already steep without having to pay for a call to find out what the issue is! This is utterly unacceptable!

Indeed, as others have pointed out, my attempt to secure a train ticket over the phone set me back £24! I’ll steer clear of Trainline from now on - utterly ridiculous! MLC

Best avoid contacting Trainline if you can help it. I was charged £6 just to get a ticket refunded! Absolutely bonkers, if you ask me.

I can't believe it! I just got billed £43 for calling the train line, and my actual train tickets were nowhere near that price! What a rip-off!

Trainline - they haven't sorted my refund yet, so I've been left to chase them up. Their customer service calls cost a whopping 13 pence a minute! How outrageous!

TRAINLINE - I was slapped with a £12 fee just for having to phone up and sort out their blunder! Absolutely outrageous!

I reached out to this number hoping to change an £11 fare, but to my surprise, my phone bill just landed on my doorstep with a £16 charge for dialling that 08712441545. They kept me on hold for an eternity!

I got hit with a £7.80 fee when trying to sort out a train ticket through Trainline – what a complete swindle! Honestly, next time I’ll just book it online myself. The whole experience was just maddening. I was left hanging on the phone while he fiddled about checking prices; no wonder he kept me waiting! Absolutely exasperating. By the way, the number was 08712441545.

Beware of ringing 08712441545; it's linked to Trainline. I ended up paying £5.37 just to recoup £6.60! No surprise he made me wait ages, claiming he needed to consult a supervisor. What a farce!

Indeed, I found myself in a bit of a pickle with the trainline recently. How amusing it is that to reclaim my £40 fare, I ended up shelling out over £20 just to speak to them! What a right conundrum it turned out to be!

Absolutely right! Just spent £1.96 on a call to Trainline regarding an issue with my train reservation. It was an offshore call centre, and it turned into a complete waste of time. I've firmly decided it's best to avoid calling them in the future!

Just received a bill for £8.40 for a brief chat with the train line's customer service team. I certainly won't be doing that again!

I rang up the train line to find out where I could collect my ticket, and to my surprise, I ended up being charged £11. What an absolute scam! 08712441545, 8th January 2017. This really feels like a daylight robbery in the UK! How on earth do they manage to slip through the cracks with practices like this?

I parted with £15 and I'm feeling a bit miffed about it. 😔

I rang the train line using this number, and honestly, what a complete con! I won’t be using their services ever again. It's far more cost-effective to head straight to the station. The chap at the ticket desk provides far superior service and doesn’t expect anything in return. Just avoid 08712441545 if you can!

Absolutely not going near Trainline ever again! What a bunch of robbers! I was left in limbo, having to go over the same points repeatedly for no good reason. I had to shift my ticket dates because I wasn’t well, and they just droned on with unneeded politeness. It’s a shame that future customers don’t seem to be forewarned about this company’s shoddy service!

Just noticed I've been charged £17 for calls to Trainline! Apparently, there's a 55p per minute access fee, which caught me completely off guard. Really not happy about this, it feels quite unfair!

I found myself struggling with a dreadful signal and ended up having to ring up the train line on two separate occasions, which set me back a total of £15! I certainly won’t be doing that again. What a total swindle!

I can't believe what I've just experienced! I forked out £5.13 just to speak on the phone, and then they had the nerve to quote me £77.50 for a train ride that should've only been £41 at the ticket counter! It's absolutely ludicrous! I'm so relieved I decided to double-check before completing my online booking. When I looked again three or four days later, the fare had skyrocketed to a staggering £103! This company is a complete con. I strongly advise against using their services. Total rip-off!

What a total con! I just had a fleeting chat that set me back over £4 for a mere five minutes. All I wanted was to sort out a refund for my train fare. Absolute daylight robbery!

I'm absolutely appalled at the extortionate fees they've slapped on their calls. There's no way I'll be giving this company my business again. They hit me with a whopping £13.00 just for a brief 10-minute chat! What a rip-off!

Spent a rather frustrating 18 minutes on the phone, and it set me back £18 – far pricier than my train fare, mind you! Definitely not worth it, so I suggest giving them a wide berth!

I recently used trainline.com to organise my travel arrangements online, but, to my astonishment, I never received the confirmation email. What’s more, I had to fork out £9.70 for their so-called 'Help Line' just to rectify an issue that stemmed from their own system glitch. It’s absolutely outrageous! I really think this sort of behaviour should be treated as a serious offence – it's nothing short of a scandalous scam!

It's definitely Trainline, without a shadow of a doubt! I was hit with a £7.57 fee just for giving them a bell. To top it off, I was left on hold for a good 3 to 4 minutes, making the bill even steeper. What a rip-off!

I've only just received my phone bill for number 08712441545, and it’s absolutely no surprise why these companies go to great lengths to keep you tied in for longer. The bill dated 7th March 2011 shows a service charge that’s quite hefty for what it is—£20 for G700:39:474. We reckon that’s rather overpriced!

I was quite taken aback by the steep fees associated with calling these individuals. I certainly won’t be picking up the phone to them again. By the way, the person I had the misfortune of speaking to was rather dismissive, to say the least.
