We received a call from someone claiming to be 'Sam'. Just the usual nonsense about saving a couple of quid. We have a firm policy never to disclose our bank details over the phone, so she was left with nothing to go on. I mentioned I’d look into the website she mentioned, and she gave us a number to ring back. After a bit of digging, we stumbled across this lot. I'm not entirely convinced they're up to any good, but it's clear they’re not being upfront about their intentions. Best to steer clear of them, if you ask me!

Received a call from this lot earlier today, and I think the gentleman's name was Carl. He was exceedingly courteous and articulate, discussing the maintenance arrangement for our box. He mentioned that we might be overpaying and that we had previously signed up with them. They seem like a decent company, very prompt when issues arise. By the way, their head office number is 6879230; we made sure to verify this right away.

I've noticed plenty of grievances regarding the so-called Sky Protection Team. Quite frankly, they're not affiliated with Sky at all, so don't fall for their tricks. If you're in need of a genuine Sky Protection Plan, it’s best to head straight to the official Sky website to find the correct contact information. It's all rather suspect, honestly!

Earlier today, we received a call from someone named Gareth, who claimed that we were shelling out a fortune on our Sky package. He reckoned he could slice our bills by a couple of quid each month. I received a call from these people touting a cheaper deal for a service that Sky already provides us. In a moment of folly, I ended up sharing my card details with them. However, after checking with Sky, they confirmed that they have no record of this company at all and warned me that I shouldn’t have divulged any personal information like that. It raises a red flag in my mind about Daniel and the team; they seem quite dodgy. Moreover, this whole situation is unrelated to any maintenance issues we were facing, so we’ve gone ahead and cancelled our card. It would be great if the relevant authorities could investigate this crowd, as something definitely doesn’t add up here!

Just had a rather dodgy call from someone named Jordan on 08712344644 ext 649, who was asking us to cancel our direct debit with Sky and set up a new one. Now, the strange thing is, he got every bit of information spot on apart from our name! He seemed to be using our married name, but Sky is actually under my husband’s name. We received the same kind of call again, this time from someone named Gareth. She rattled on about how we were allegedly overpaying by £2 a week for maintenance, then gave us an 08712 number claiming it was for Sky Technical Services.
