What a fantastic service! Just a smidge irritated, though - once we figured out I’d need to shell out a few quid for some extra features in customer support, it became a bit grating. We tried giving them a ring, but after navigating through a maze of options for what felt like an eternity-around a minute or so-we were abruptly disconnected! The message was quite clear: no one was available to take our call and we were advised to try again later. To top it off, we were charged for the inconvenience. Honestly, it should be up to us whether we want to hold or not, especially since we’re footing the bill. This is rather inconsiderate towards customers, to say the least.

What a farce! I was just passed around like a hot potato, and then directed to a number without a whisper about the charges involved. It’s utterly absurd that there wasn’t an alternative for accessing support for a service that I’ve already forked out money for!

We called the number 0800 107 9000 to enhance our Tiscali package. However, we encountered some issues and were directed to 0845 362 0344. This latter team informed us that there had been a mix-up on their side and said we needed to connect with the billing department. They kindly offered to transfer us but ended up disconnecting the call instead. We tried once more, only to be told that since they were operating from outside the UK, we had to use the 0871 number, even to lodge a complaint. Essentially, the only way to reach billing, customer service, or to file a complaint was by calling 0871 2223311. Honestly, it's an absolute scam!

Absolutely dreadful customer service! My phone bill skyrocketed by £30 to £54 during the week I've been grappling with their issues. I'm seriously considering ditching our contract with Tiscali and leaving them to their own devices-they've shown nothing but contempt. If you're contemplating signing up with Tiscali because of their lower prices, I'd strongly advise against it. Reaching out to their so-called 'customer support' is a wallet-draining exercise in itself, and I can't help but regret not choosing Virgin Media or BT instead.

We've got to make a call urgently since our phone and internet have gone kaput. The problem isn't with Tiscali; it's BT that's causing the bother, and they won't be sorting it for three weeks. So, we're having to use our mobile to get in touch, which isn't ideal as it's costing us £7 for just a couple of quick calls. But with no other options available, it’s a bit of a pickles, really. On the upside, Tiscali has been rather decent - they haven't sent us a bill in six weeks and have told us we don't owe them anything. So, in a way, what’s there to grumble about?

I called the number 0800 107 90 to enhance my Tiscali package, but encountered a bit of a muddle. They directed me to 0845 362 0344, where I was told there was a mistake on their part, and that I needed to get in touch with the billing department. They promised to connect me, but lo and behold, I was cut off instead. After several attempts to resolve the issue, I was informed that, being outside the UK, I’d need to use the 0871 number, even if I wished to lodge a complaint. The sole way to reach billing, customer service, or even voice my grievances was via 0871 23311. It feels like an utter con!

Our phone and internet service just went kaput because of some line fault caused by these jokers. It cost us a fiver to explain to some bloke in Bangalore that the issue isn’t with any of our sockets or anything within our home. We tried to clarify that we have a built-in telephone line tester in our system that checks the line before it reaches the rest of the house. Of course, this isn’t mentioned in his manual, so he was utterly clueless and refused to pay any attention to us. Utterly infuriating! Now that our contract has expired, they’ve officially lost us as customers.
